To qoute the programme notes "This bus originally worked for Bristol Omnibus, Brighton Hove and District then Southern Vectis. It started off closed top, then convertible and finally permanently open top." It must have sufferd an identity crisis!

This Jersey Leyland Titan TD1 was decorated as an early Halifax bus at the time, although the J-suffix registration it carried for some time didn't help the image! It has since been restored to JMT livery, complete with Mary Ann advert.

This former Western/Southern National Bristol LL was not preserved, but operated by a Harrogate builder and looked very smart. Although many Bristol Ls from these fleets survive, no standard ECW bodied examples do, surprisingly.
